Shipping & Returns

Items will be charged 12% of item price to cover shipping cost anywhere in the connected states. You will be contacted by Bungalow with an expected ship date. Bungalow home uses a third party to ship items and are not responsible for damages.

Items for sale on our site are not kept in inventory, and are dropped shipped from our vendors. orders may take up to 8 weeks. Bungalow Home will contact you with a ship date. If the shipping date is not acceptable, you may cancel the item.

To cancel an order you have placed with Bungalow Home, you must contact us by email (orders@bungalowhome.com) or by phone (614-855-8444). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

A confirmation email is sent once the item has shipped. This email will not only confirm that the item has shipped, but will also provide any tracking number for your item along with an estimated delivery date.

Bungalow is not responsible for damages during shipping. If your item is damaged please contact Bungalow immediately to start a claim process. Please save packaging to use to return item. Please use pictures to prove that item was damaged upon delivery. If the packing is damaged you may refuse item.

Bungalow Home offers a 7 day return on every product we offer. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Please contact customer service at 614 855 8444 to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Item must be shipped back in 30 days to receive refund. Once your item has been received and inspected we will notify you on the status of your refund. If your item is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment issuer’s policies. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item and may be subject to a restocking fee. Shipping cost and restocking fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.
